Currently, through Joyful Consulting, Erica has been working with CAMP, a family experience company, to market and drive ticket sales for their tentpole-themed events such as The Paw Patrol Experience and Cosmic Camp launching within their retail stores in Dallas and New York respectively. She has utilized digital media, out-of-home, influencer, and experiential tactics to drive revenue for the business. Additionally, she is an investor and consultant for a mental-health advocacy startup called Stay4 2morrow as well as a consultant for ood.app, a blockchain-backed tangible goods marketplace and community for collectors. At The Walt Disney Company, Erica launched global cross-company initiatives for the multibillion-dollar franchises, Disney Princess and Frozen. This role required her to develop marketing strategies and campaigns driving awareness, affinity, and ultimate purchase of anything related to the priority IPs - example includes the currently-active Ultimate Princess Celebration At Mattel, Erica led content strategy for brands such as Hot Wheels, Monster High, and Fisher-Price. She developed the foundational Franchise Strategy for the re-launch of Masters of the Universe which now has two series on Netflix and a fresh line of toys and consumer products to engage original and new fans. At the heart of it all, Erica’s passion is to inspire affinity and drive revenue for some of the most beloved brands in the world and should be recognized for her contributions thus far!
