Trying to shake the stigma of boxy suits and stuffy conference rooms, The Miller Law Firm selected HERO Marketing to lead its rebrand and website redesign to reflect its modern approach to client representation. Informed by stakeholders and competitive research, we developed a distinctive, upscale brand identity that positioned the firm as California’s premier construction defect authority. The new brand reflected the firm\'s prestigious-yet-approachable style and resonated with target audiences—from young urban tech clients in luxury high-rises to mature board members living in upscale townhome communities. Our “Left Coast Luxé” brand aesthetic hit the mark with its sophisticated palette, modern typography, decorative patterns, and architectural renderings. Photography was reflective of living the good life, and a documentary-style, black-and-white approach captured the firm in action. The website was built to convey the firm\'s industry leadership position and boost prospective-client confidence while using a sleek, modern-luxury aesthetic to bring it to life. We crafted compelling educational content to inform prospective clients of the defect claim process and the firm’s ability to maximize outcomes. A \"No-cost HOA Due Diligence Audit & Expert Inspection\" was featured on primary pages throughout the site to capture leads. Plus, SEO efforts ensured a higher ranking in Google organic search results.
