Ozinga’s “Opportunity for impact” campaign celebrates construction heroes Ozinga has always pushed the boundaries of the construction materials and logistics industry, and it’s their employees that allow them to do it so well. Looking to develop a recruitment campaign targeting drivers hungry for career fulfillment via a company that shares their values, our long-term partners at Ozinga reached out for help creating photo work that celebrates those looking for an “Opportunity for impact.” We know these drivers tend to leave jobs because they are unsatisfied with their work or feel unsupported. Grounded in Ozinga’s purpose to “make a positive impact on individuals, their families and the community for generations,” we focused the campaign creative on Ozinga drivers, and the pride that comes from building their communities. With a balance of grit and gloss, the resulting photos celebrate Ozinga drivers and the work that they do, inviting others to join them in an accomplished, fast-paced career.
