ISS Facility Services is a leading workplace experience and facility management company that provides placemaking solutions that contribute to better business performance and make life easier, more productive and enjoyable.

Covid-19 has had a major impact on the healthcare system, transforming hospitals, primary care centres and the healthcare paradigm in general, with more attention and importance given to the health status of citizens and therefore to the criteria, strategies, actions and services that can promote and support it.

Mindful of this paradigm shift, Ulled developed the Health Welfare Project for ISS Iberia. It is a research project with a B2B focus that aims to foster debate around the role of non-healthcare services and how they can contribute to reduce the pressure on public and private health systems in Spain, which were particularly hard hit by the pandemic. It also aims to create and capitalize on a new brand territory, positioning a new ISS business unit.
