The client created a \"discovery room\" where potential residents could relax and find out information about a possible retirement move to this upscale 55+ senior independent living community. The goal of the room was to promote discussion by providing subtile visual reminders and informations in a warm, low-key environment. The client worked with atomic to create 15 x 32 inch posters, which highlighted \"selling\" points for the property, including chef-prepared meals, curated activities, unique wellness programs, affordable pricing and others. Marketing directors are able to use the posters to illustrate \"red flags\" or important selling points for each potential resident.
