OBM was commissioned to build a new brand from the ground up for client Creative Futures Collective (CFC). CFC serves disenfranchised and marginalized communities by providing education and employment opportunities to those with non-traditional education and career paths, their new brand and service is designed to connect employers directly to potential candidates from their pool of talent.
OBM created the brand name, brand strategy, visual identity and built their website to help get them into market with confidence. The brand name playfully debunks perceptions of talent with limited experience or education without devaluing their creative talent. Bringing a youthful, edgy and vibrant visual identity system we were able to give a modern take on what a recruitment service can reach, serving everyone. The website allows both talent and employers to sign up and find each other.
