Web Design for MWCC

Marine Well Containment Company (MWCC) is a company founded in 2010 to address the need for a deepwater well containment response capability. MWCC employs a mix of experienced engineers and crisis response specialists well-versed in the technical world of offshore operations and incident response. MWCC is consisting of 10 member companies: Anadarko, BHP Billiton, BP, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Equinor, ExxonMobil, Hess, Shell, and Total. OWDT’s team collaborated with MWCC on a new web design strategy to better address the users’ needs and created a more informative outlet.

MWCC wanted to reinforce its position as the most comprehensive containment solution in the industry. An effort that was unjustly hindered by the old website. MWCC needed an online presence that could support its mission. The company approached OWDT to support its vision through OWDT's robust library of digital and technical services.

OWDT started by expanding the content presentation models as well as improving the technical behaviors of the site. OWDT also streamlined the navigation system to create a more user eccentric experience as well as improving the content access. Delivering an emotional and cerebral connection became the code vision to the development of the website, and establishing an authentic yet professional design became our rule to follow. Last but not least, trust evoking experiences became our development guide on every step of the project.
