Hormel Foods is a huge company with about 50 individual brands in its portfolio. Despite being one of Hormel’s most successful brands, Hormel Health Labs and it’s mission were not as well known among the internal team as the other brands. It was this challenge that inspired us to create Hormel Health Labs Week. This week-long internal awareness campaign took place at the Hormel Foods Headquarters in Austin, Minnesota, and helped achieve visibility for the brand through several platforms including banners, digital screens, and an in-person Ice cream shop.

Over desserts, the Hormel Health Labs team engaged co-workers face-to-face. These conversations created a new internal understanding of products that are not only delicious but integral in providing nutrition to people in need.
