If you don’t know Pizza to the Polls, just know this... they took it upon themselves to support American voters who waited in line to participate in our country’s democracy, during a global pandemic.
When Election Day was over, more than 1.1 Million meals had been handed out to voters, some of whom had been waiting for up to eight hours for their chance to vote.
How did RMNG operationalize 1.1 million meals for the 2020 Election?
Tinsel Experiential Design approached us last summer with an opportunity to have a positive, non-partisan impact on the 2020 Election. The opportunity was with Pizza to the Polls, a non-profit with a mission to “make democracy delicious by delivering free food for all to polling places with long lines.”
And that’s exactly what we did – beginning on October 24, 2020 and ending November 5, 2020, we activated 99 of our food truck partners to serve hot food and non-perishables at polling locations across the country. Here’s an overview of the activations:

-17 brand partners including Shake Shack, Susie Cakes, Kind Bar & more.
