Morris Animal Foundation’s National Dog Day email campaign is an annual campaign held during the month of August, where all donations support studies to improve canine health. In 2020, the digital strategies used raised a total of over $12,000, contributing to the achievement of our overall fundraising goal. The design concept was to integrate illustrated elements with images of dogs to create a cohesive collection that reflects the celebration of their lives. Because some of the messaging covers serious topics like canine cancer, so we wanted to contrast that with bright colors, celebratory imagery, and reasons to support this important cause. All of these efforts ultimately led to the campaign’s success.
