This mini series follows childcare expert, Florence Ann Romano "The Windy City Nanny," on her mission to empower families and explore ways that they let love into the family.

Each episode opens a window into an individual family's lives through an intimate conversation with an individual or set of parents and Florence Ann, in which they talk about their goals for the future, their support system, and collaborate to solve a problem that the family has been struggling with.
