What happens when you are challenged to make the best information security awareness series ever? The answer was a Netflix quality, bingeable series where you could follow the characters through a dramatic arc, with tension, comedy and pathos and all the emotions in between. The 12 episodes of 'The Inside Man', Season 1, set the bar, and were so loved by the commissioning company (KnowBe4), they bought the production agency (Twist and Shout Communications). Season 2 has allowed the writer, director, actors and producers to take the storytelling to the next level. Over 12 episodes The lead character - Mark - has to thwart an attempt to steal a top-secret piece of AI. While his ninja-level hacking and social-engineering skills are being stretched to breaking, he's simultaneously trying to negotiate relationships with friends and a new love interest. Alongside the ambitious, high-stakes storyline went a determination to up the production 'ante'. There's a new international element and every element from art-direction to post-production has been turned up a notch to 11. The Inside Man Series 1 and 2 are available to subscribers to KnowBe4's 'modstore'.
