Upon the cancellation of the second largest trade show in the Western hemisphere, IMTS – The International Manufacturing Technology Show could have easily pivoted to a virtual tradeshow or just completely cancelled any type of event. Instead, the organization elected to provide a week of manufacturing technology-based programming, including four hours of live programming for five days. The live programming week received 80,000 views and was regarded a huge success. During a year where manufacturing and supply chain saw unprecedented upheaval, this video content was able to tell stories and provide a sense of community.
