In order to recruit suitable candidates for the business within Greater Bay Area, Standard Chartered sought to create a film which would enable the audience to hear from their employees of their career journey at Standard Chartered in GBA.
The aim to the video was to inspire candidates within the target audience to join Standard Chartered to capture the significant opportunities and build a bright future for themselves within Greater Bay Area!
To communicate this story effectively Standard Chartered engaged global video agency Casual (through their local Hong Kong team) to develop and create a campaign which would achieve all of their objectives and portray both Standard Chartered and the Greater Bay Area as dynamic and exciting environments to work in for banking and investment professionals with a keen eye on the future.
The film that Casual developed, created, crafted and executed was an immediate success and saw a significant uplift in new quality applicants applying for positions within the bank's offices within the Greater Bay Area.
The film also delivered high viewing figures, engagement and completion rates well beyond what the bank had achieved with similar campaigns in the past.
