Our internal goal is to continue a leadership position in the Immigration law firm marketing space.

Simultaneously, our law firm clients are showing more interest in becoming “thought leaders” and taking advantage of video as a means of expressing their expertise.

We recognized the intersection of these two areas as an opportunity to combine creating a platform that would position our clients as thought leaders; give them the visibility they crave; and make our team the epicenter of publishing fresh content to potential new law firm clients.

Thus, our Immigration Nation Podcast was born.

We recognized immediately that immigration law firms were overeager to speak with us about guesting on the podcast vs less interested in speaking to a prospective marketing agency.

Owning the podcast allows us to meet, feature, and promote an attorney without ever having to talk business.

• We’ve secured trademarks with the government to protect the podcast's unique identity.

• A comprehensive brand launch has been executed, complete with branded colors, multiple logo variations, video, audio, animated logos, and professional photography. We avoided cliché red, white, and blue (flag colors) which people would expect from an Immigration podcast, and went with more modern tons of red, blue, and white.

• We now have a two-year waiting list of immigration lawyers eager to be featured as guests.

• The Immigration Nation Podcast is available on all major podcasting platforms.

• Full-length videos are hosted on YouTube, and linked by Press Releases, while video shorts and behind-the-scenes content are shared on social media.

• Some guests are so enthusiastic about participating that they drive 3-5 hours or fly from as far as Los Angeles to record in person.

• Our LinkedIn connection rate with immigration attorneys has soared to 85%—a significant improvement from previous outreach efforts.

This initiative has not only elevated our clients but has also solidified our position as trusted experts and contributors in the field.
