Problem Statement:

The Renew page is highly transactional, offering limited messaging about the benefits and savings members have accumulated throughout the year.

As a result, members may feel disconnected from the value of their membership, potentially leading to lower renewal rates. Without effectively showcasing the advantages they’ve gained, there is a missed opportunity to reinforce the value proposition, which could decrease member engagement and satisfaction.

Overall Result:

The estimated overall renewal conversion rate increased by a notable margin, resulting in a substantial rise in annual renewals. This growth has significantly contributed to an increase in Digital Membership Income, highlighting the positive financial impact of the initiative.
