Without effectively showcasing the advantages they’ve gained, there is a missed opportunity to reinforce the value proposition, which could decrease member engagement and satisfaction.
Overall Result:
The estimated overall renewal conversion rate increased by a notable margin, resulting in a substantial rise in annual renewals. This growth has significantly contributed to an increase in Digital Membership Income, highlighting the positive financial impact of the initiative.
