Setting The Benchmark In Web Design

Benchmark Specialist Property Managers (BSPM) are known across Perth not only for the quality of their property management services, but also for their fun, vibrant brand personality reflected across their friendly, passionate team. However, their website was outdated and in need of a refresh.
We chose to deliberately steer away from the corporate style of competitors, and wanted to create something that left an impact, while clearly portraying who BSPM are, and why prospects should engage with them. This included providing an optimal user experience for valuable prospective clients (landlords) while using the company colours to create a bold new look that was still in line with their brand.
This project entailed an all-new website architecture, mobile-first design, and look, feel and layout in line with their revamped offline branding. However, the site couldn’t just be attractive and high functioning – for it to be successful, it needed to also be built to convert. The structure and layout of all pages, the content used, and the landing pages created, were all done with SEO and marketing strategies in mind.
The end result was a fresh, modern website that not only the client loved, but so did the landlords arriving on the site to learn more about this fantastic property company, as reflected in the improved engagement and conversion rates.
