Redesign OnsiSoft – B2B Platform for Compliance & Benefits

This project is a comprehensive redesign of OnsiSoft, a B2B SaaS platform developed by OnsiGroup to streamline compliance auditing and benefits management for government contractors. The platform helps companies navigate payroll, fringe benefits, and complex U.S. regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Challenges & Approach:

The original platform had a rigid structure, overwhelming navigation, and inefficient workflows that led to user frustration. Our approach focused on two core phases:

1. Global UX Improvements: Conducted an in-depth UX audit, reorganized information architecture, and redesigned navigation to align with user workflows.

2. Feature-by-Feature Redesign: Each key feature was iteratively redesigned and tested for usability, ensuring a smoother transition for users.

Key Enhancements:

• Optimized Navigation & IA: The menu was restructured based on user needs, reducing unnecessary clicks and improving discoverability.

• Company Settings Overhaul: The previously cluttered page was reorganized into tabbed sections, improving accessibility and reducing cognitive load.

• Benefit Plans Consolidation: Three separate pages were merged into a single, intuitive view, prioritizing frequently used elements and adding step-by-step guidance.

• Customization Options: A flexible UI theme system was introduced, allowing users to personalize the interface while maintaining compliance requirements.

Impact & Measurable Results:

The redesign led to significant improvements in efficiency and user satisfaction:
