client. The process that got us to
the positioning used employee
interviews and market research,
facilitating two-way conversations

The supporting messaging
hierarchy captured and aligned

that hadn’t been achieved for many
years. All centered around the
proposition that M&G Investments’
makeup and spirit cultivates
sharing and linking of expertise to
deliver an enhanced, well-balanced

its clients. We expressed this as
