Space Capsule Cockpit

Space Capsule Cockpit is a cinematic 3D environment. This piece reflects my deep love for sci-fi worldbuilding, narrative-driven design, and the technical craft behind immersive digital environments.
Set within a compact spacecraft cockpit, the scene was designed to feel authentic, functional, and lived-in—bearing the marks of years of interstellar missions. I paid close attention to every element, from the intricate control panels and navigation systems to the wiring, seating, and emergency supplies. My goal was to tell the story of a vessel shaped by its journey. I drew inspiration from real aerospace engineering and classic sci-fi films, aiming to blend grounded realism with cinematic appeal.
I was responsible for the entire creation process—modeling in Maya, sculpting in ZBrush, texturing with Substance Painter, lighting and rendering in Unreal Engine, and compositing in Nuke. Special care went into the materials, surface wear, and lighting direction to create a scene that feels both believable and visually compelling. The final result is an environment that invites the viewer to imagine the untold stories within its walls.
