CABIA Website Relaunch

The California Business and Industrial Alliance is a trade organization founded in 2017 by business executives and entrepreneurs to fix California’s worst law: the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). As CABIA's mission grew to include broader issues in California's labor law as well as compliance assistance for struggling businesses, it became clear that its original website -- which focused mainly on PAGA reform -- would have to reflect this growth. CABIA's new and improved website helps both small and medium-sized business owners and the general public better engage with all the resources CABIA has to offer. Improvements include a restructured homepage that emphasizes CABIA's overall mission and highlights key issue areas as well as the organization's latest work. These updates have positioned CABIA.org as a premier resource on labor law reform and compliance in California.
