Hormel Spirit Week was held as a virtual celebration in September. The week was filled with events to reinforce team culture and honor its inspired people and brands. For the Brand Jam session, the goal was to highlight the wide variety of brands in the Hormel Foods family. THe result, the creation of Hormel Brand Bingo!
The live game took place in a Microsoft team room where the host announced letters and their corresponding brands. We created a random board generator webpage for each team member to play along with a unique board, as well as a random letter generator for the caller.
Participants from all across their internal team tuned in to take part in a classic game to the sound of “G – Skippy,” or “I – Hormel Chili. We were required to start a second Microsoft team game session to accommodate the large crowd of participants. Through several rounds of winners, the extensive line of products was revealed, increasing internal exposure all while raising morale.
