We replicate each ADNOC reservoir’s unique conditions in the lab and our SMEs perform state-of-the-art characterization tests and in-situ experiments to identify the optimal development strategies for every field.
Not only are we derisking and ranking current off-the-shelf polymers for EOR, but we are also able to identify best performing stimulation recipes on the market.
This lab also tests the transport, injection and storage of CO2, helping improve operational integrity in the Abu Dhabi subsurface - key to achieving net zero by 2045.
Plus, we’re creating a digital twin of all ADNOC reservoirs, helping OpCos devise production and surveillance strategies, and predict potential problems in advance, paving the way to integrating AI into field development decision-making.
ADRIC’s EOR and SCAL research and feasibility studies, acid stimulation optimization, formation damage evaluation and mitigation planning help clients maximise sweep efficiency, extend the production plateau and improve recovery factors over the field lifetime.
