IRVINS is a specialty snack brand celebrated worldwide for its bold flavors and cult-favorite salted egg snacks. While demand for the brand was growing, its social media presence was not keeping pace — limited by static content, inconsistent posting, and low engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Hawke Media was brought in to transform IRVINS’ organic social presence into a scalable growth engine designed to build awareness, deepen community connection, and drive sustained engagement. Our team rebuilt IRVINS’ social strategy around three core pillars: Consistency, Creativity, and Connection. We assumed full day-to-day channel management to establish a reliable publishing cadence, ensuring the brand remained present and visible across all platforms. From there, we introduced a diversified content mix that prioritized dynamic video, platform-native storytelling, and influencer gifting programs to humanize the brand and amplify reach. Static graphics were replaced with entertaining short-form video, community-driven content, and snackable storytelling that reflected IRVINS’ bold personality. By blending entertainment, education, and authenticity, IRVINS evolved from a static brand feed into a culturally relevant content presence that invited conversation, encouraged sharing, and strengthened brand loyalty — all while reducing internal strain on the client’s team. The results were transformational: Instagram impressions increased 102% Instagram comments surged 437% Facebook followers grew 400% TikTok impressions skyrocketed 2,888% TikTok followers increased 950% TikTok shares climbed 1,725% Through a platform-native, storytelling-first approach, Hawke Media turned IRVINS into a high-velocity organic growth engine — proving that social media, when built strategically, can drive both culture and performance.
