The WeAreCisco Team supports selected storytellers — many who don't consider themselves writers — with an approachable framework and editorial guidance to craft emotionally compelling, conversational narratives.
Each post includes personalized author bios and photos, with a pilot currently unrolling to include select video for richer multi-media storytelling.

Stories are amplified across Cisco's digital ecosystem — @WeAreCisco social channels, Cisco’s LinkedIn, the employee advocacy tool, and more — with publishing timed around holidays, world events, and cultural moments for maximum relevance and sensitivity.
In 2024-2025, the blog published 64 employee stories from around the world, attracting nearly 170,000 views.
