1 Congratulations on your achievements in the NYX Awards! Could you start by introducing yourself or your agency? Can you also share a bit about your journey into your current industry?
Thanks – it is awesome to receive the NYX Awards. We are Fortes.Vision, a global full-service creative studio dedicated to producing impactful marketing content for real estate developers, architects, and interior designers – everything to help clients pitch their unbuilt intentions before the groundwork even starts. Two years ago, we launched our venture with a small, dedicated team focused on creating architectural visuals that resonate emotionally. From the beginning, we have combined art and technology, and we have now grown to a team of over 50 talented artists, photographers, and filmmakers. This unique blend of skills enables us to create striking images that inspire and drive projects forward. We have knocked out 680+ projects across the USA, UAE, Europe, and the Middle East, keeping up with industry twists.
2 What inspired you to submit your work for this competition, and what does winning mean to you personally and professionally?
The NYX Awards is a big stage – one that values sharp ideas and talent from all corners. At Fortes.Vision, we let our output do the talking, but we also wanted to throw it into a mix of global creators and see where it lands. The push came from wanting to test ourselves, link up with other minds in the game, and hear what the pros had to say. Winning is not just a simple acknowledgement; it is a testament to the grit, focus, and teamwork that we invest in all our endeavors.
3 Can you share the story behind your success? What inspired its creation, and what do you feel it represents in today’s industry?
Our approach is grounded in a fundamental belief: emotion engages interest in a space. We aim to evoke a response. A sunlit living room or a broad skyline makes not just a pretty image, it represents an invitation to a place that has not yet been built. We translate our clients’ visions and the potential experiences of future residents into cinematic visuals that combine photographic expertise with advanced 3D technology. Palazzo del Mare goes beyond showcasing our capabilities, it demonstrates that real estate marketing can resonate more deeply.
4 What do you believe set your project apart in such a competitive field? Were there specific elements or strategies that made it shine?
It is the emotional depth we infused into the visuals that makes the difference – an immersive atmosphere. With cinematic lighting, carefully crafted scenes, and effective storytelling techniques, we transformed spaces into experiences you can truly feel. Our team, which includes art directors with professional photography backgrounds, ensured authenticity, while early AI references helped to establish the mood quickly.
5 Every project has its challenges. Can you share a significant obstacle you faced during this process and how you overcame it?
For Palazzo del Mare, our main challenge was to transform visuals into cinematic storytelling that conveyed a high-end feel. While showcasing the space was important, evoking a specific atmosphere was paramount. We collaborated with a skilled film director, utilizing precise lighting, cinematic color grading, and strategic camera movements that flowed seamlessly between close-up shots and expansive views. Maintaining smooth and consistent scenes was essential to achieving our vision.
6 Winning an award of this caliber often brings recognition. What do you hope this achievement will mean for your career, your team, or your agency in the long run? Have you already noticed any changes or opportunities arising from this recognition?
Our achievement in the NYX Awards reflects Fortes’ creative vision, technical expertise, and commitment to high standards. For our team, it signifies that the fusion of art, technology, and emotional impact resonates within the industry. We believe it will lead to collaborations with innovative developers and architects who value storytelling as much as essential AEC principles.
7 What has the reaction been from clients, audiences, or stakeholders about your winning entry? Any feedback or memorable moments that stand out?
Our client for Palazzo del Mare was delighted with the final result and the excitement generated by the award.
8 For those aspiring to achieve similar success, what advice would you offer to help them not only thrive in their industries but also craft compelling, award-worthy entries? Are there specific practices, mindsets, or strategies you believe are key?
Focus on emotion rather than solely on technical aspects – strong skills are essential, but stories that truly captivate people take precedence. Understand your client’s objective thoroughly, then exceed it; consider what lingers in the mind and the atmosphere you aim to create. That is what brings projects to life. Blurring those boundaries sharpens and strengthens the outcome.
9 The creative industry is constantly evolving. How do you view these changes, and where do you hope to position yourself in the future?
We view industry changes – such as artificial intelligence, immersive technology, and storytelling – as opportunities to take the lead rather than simply keep pace. Our team maintains a fresh and daring approach. Fortes.Vision is evolving beyond standard visuals to become comprehensive creative partners, addressing branding, immersive experiences, and digital campaigns with confidence.
10 Entering awards can be daunting for many, especially those just starting out. What would you say to individuals who have limited experience, or are hesitant to showcase their work in competitions? How can they build confidence and see the value in participating?
Feeling uncertain about sharing your work publicly is quite common. However, quality work does not require a prominent name or decades of experience – clever ideas hold their own merit. Awards provide recognition and a professional perspective on what you have achieved. Develop confidence by approaching each project as if it deserves attention. Seek feedback actively and remain eager to refine your skills. Even the most accomplished professionals began from modest beginnings.
11 Creativity thrives on community. What message would you like to share with fellow creatives, marketers, and advertising professionals?
Continue exploring new creative territories, but never forget our core purpose: connecting with people on a deep, emotional level.
12 Winning is a team effort in many cases. Is there someone or a group of people you’d like to dedicate this achievement to, and why?
Indeed, this victory belongs to the entire Fortes.Vision team – artists, directors, managers, developers, and every member involved. Each individual contributed their effort, passion, and creativity. A heartfelt acknowledgement goes to our clients as well – they entrust us with their aspirations and challenge us to reach greater depths with every project.
13 If you could describe your award-winning entry in one sentence, what would it be and why?
Well, our project transforms unbuilt spaces into cinematic narratives that resonate emotionally, far beyond mere technical specifications.
14 Finally, what’s next for you? Any exciting projects or upcoming goals that you’d like to share with us and the audience?
We have a lot of developments underway – experimenting with Digital Twin technology to create precise virtual models that support informed decision-making. Artificial intelligence is also part of the equation, accelerating processes and enhancing the accuracy of our documentation and analysis.
