Morris Animal Foundation’s Fresh Scoop is an email newsletter for veterinarians and researchers to get the ‘scoop’ on health advances that will impact their practice and shape veterinarian medicine. Our goal is to inform them about our current studies, share important findings and be a resource for the latest in their industry. It is a monthly newsletter that features our vibrant brand colors in an easy-to-read format, that leads readers to our website where they can engage with the full article or share on social platforms. In 2020, our June newsletter performed the best, with an open rate of 21.81% and a click-through rate of 4.16%. This piece combines full images, bright colors and cool graphics, to challenge the idea that science is stale and content heavy.
