Sino Living App

Sino Living app is a bespoke multi-property residential app owned by Sino Group. The app provides a convenient and paperless service platform for Sino property residents to handle property-related matter from the moment our customers takeover the property from Sino Group to the daily matters of the property when our customers reside at the premises. Timely notification is announced through the platform to provide instant information to the residents on the building and clubhouse utilities and facilities. The app also provides booking and payment settlement on clubhouse facilities and management fee. It also enable a touchless experience for our residents by providing an e-residence card where our residents can access all facilities with automatic sensor and door.
Together with the app developer, Sino Group in-house Brand and Design team research on the customer needs and co-develop the core functions and framework which are essential to meet the users need as a resident. The design meets our company promise ‘Creating Better Lifescapes’ which serves as a guiding principle in the way we serve and add value to our customers. We consciously streamline the functionalities and structure them in a way to ensure ease of use for our residents on a daily basis.
