Ivanti Solutions Summit Virtual Event and Pipeline Creator

In March 2021, Ivanti needed to create pipeline and given the all-virtual world of Covid, determined a global virtual \\\"solutions summit\\\" that brought all their recent product enhancements together into the limelight for our customers and the industry would be a great way to create both an experience our customers would remember and get some opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and new business.
The event was planned and executed on an incredibly short timeline (in 6 weeks) under new event leadership, and was Ivanti\\\'s first-ever global virtual summit. The budget was narrow, and we stayed within budget while also booking a top-tier event speaker (Catherine O\\\'Hara of Schitt\\\'s Creek and Home Alone fame). All of the virtual infrastructure needed to be developed from scratch, all new content created for the platform (50+ sessions), keynote speakers booked, customers and prospects registered, and getting the word out through our communications channels and internally. We also created a partner-specific track, CISO track, and special analyst and media event.
There was a social media component leading up to and during the event, garnering 126,349 impressions over a 2-day period, 19,754 video views, and a 3.2% engagement rate that encompassed 1,085 link clicks and 616 shares. This was one of the highest performing social campaigns we\\\'ve done to date at Ivanti.
