The story was about artificial intelligence voice cloning scams and how people can protect themselves and their families from falling victim to these scams, featuring the CEO of IDIQ as a spokesperson.

The placement has remained on the FoxBusiness.com front page as a top story under tech for over 5 consecutive weeks. The story’s longevity demonstrates KCD’s effective media relations strategies. The KCD team recognized the news cycle’s obsession with A.I. and immediately started crafting a pitch. In crafting the pitch, KCD PR packaged the story together with reliable data and IDIQ’s CEO to interview as an expert on the subject—cutting down the time a busy reporter would need to pull together the story. The team was also able to personalize the story to audiences by finding and including a victim to speak about their recent experience with an AI voice scam.
