Our client has been publishing a magazine for the Canadian Rental Housing Industry for over 10 years (RHB Magazine), however, they realized print media is losing traction in the B2B space, so they engaged us to create a new content platform that could become the evolution of the magazine.
We we're entrusted with the task of conceptualizing, developing, producing and launching a B2B digital broadcast platform. RHB TV is the first and only national news broadcast for the Canadian real estate industry. The show is comprised of 10 different segments and has a running time of just under 60 minutes, which airs to an audience of 35,000+ real estate executives across Canada every month.
RHB TV (Rental Housing Business Television) examines the data, actions and drivers of the multi-residential industry, delivering insightful information for real estate executives to maximize profits and growth. The show has received overwhelming support from industry groups such as the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA), the Federation of Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO), CMHC and the Bank of Canada.
Here is a brief of the deliverables:
- Create show concept and structure
- Industry casting to secure anchor, hosts and special guests
- Build financial model and secure sponsorship
- Create on-location green screen studio
- Develop 3D digital sets and show environments
- Pre-production: Develop scripts, vet research and secure guests
- Production: Multiple camera set-up, lighting, audio set-up (multiple channels), teleprompters, wardrobe, hair & make-up
- Post-production: Editing, sound engineering, music sourcing, intros, buffers, motion graphics, special effects, packaging
- Launch: Designed website and social media promo cards
