Each year, the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board (VFTCB) distributes its annual report at its annual luncheon in October. In 2018, and every year, the VFTCB sought/seeks to provide members, partners, elected government officials, businesses, etc. with a new and different experience at the lunch, including the annual report/brand book. The theme of the VFTCB 2018 Annual Luncheon was "Reimagine" with a focus on how the TCB, and its members and partners, have reimagined events, venues, etc. to create a unique experience for visitors, meeting planners, etc. We incorporated the theme into the brand book with a special die-cut cover, and special glasses in which users could find answers to fun facts throughout the book. The TCB distributed the brand book to more than 600 people at its 2018 Annual Luncheon in October, and continues to use the publication to sell Montgomery County, PA's brands as a destination for consumers, as well as businesses, planners, etc.
