MRKT Condos is Tridel’s latest development steps from Toronto’s colourful Kensington Market, with
Queen Street West at your doorstep.
This vibrant location, oozing with urban luxury, needed an impactful Presentation Kiosk App to create
a fresh new Interactive Experience for potential buyers. To highlight its hip, urban feel, we created a
branded 3D Touchscreen experience that allows users to navigate the development in real-time,
toggling between day and night, through different amenities including: Courtyard space, Rooftop
Terrace and Pool.
The 3d application also provides prospective buyers with an easy way to browse all floor plans and updated pricing and
availability, using smart search filtering system to locate their unit in situ.
The key to the project was extending the existing design language, branding and feeling of the
community and seamlessly incorporating it into our touchscreen app and renderings.
