Bordering Montreal’s Ville Saint Laurent and the exciting new Royalmount, Cité Midtown by Urban Capital, NEUF Architects and Project Paysage is a vast condominium project built around a six-hectare park.

To highlight the pedestrian-friendly feel of this new community with its invigorating public squares and boulevards, we created a custom 3D Touchscreen App, a Mobile Experience application and 10 exterior renderings that give life to the minimalist and design-forward vision and showcase the unique spirit of this one-of-a-kind, mixed-use endeavour.

Our 3D Touchscreen and Mobile Experience application is a real-time sales tool designed to aid users to visualize the development and help inform them of the lifestyle offerings.

The app offers a drone view that gives a bird's-eye perspective of Cité in 3D and gives users a better feel for the layout, location, buildings and common areas.

It also allows us to do real-time walkthroughs of the development, look in all directions, toggle between day and night, different cloud densities and even turn 3D people on or off.

The app also allows users to do a real-time walkthrough of a model suite to visualize the interior of a unit and get a true holistic view of the entire project.

The Mobile experience was designed for brokers, investors and end users to use from the comfort of their home

Giving potential buyers an immersive experience can truly be a game-changer in terms of sales. To date, over 80% of Phase 1 has been sold and sales for Phase 2 have begun, 80% of the project had been sold.
