FIT:MATCH is an integrated online-offline 3D-AI powered Apparel Shopping Match Platform.
At FIT:MATCH Pop Up Studios, you “get fitched” (3D measured), and receive your FitchID in just two minutes. During this process, 150 unique body measurements are collected and combined with your fit and style preferences. You can then immediately start shopping your personalized fit-relevant assortment from participating brands on your phones or other devices.
ContempCo has been the agency of FIT:MATCH since 2019 leading creatively across all channels. Some of our roles in the company include: branding, store experience, store concept design, design of mobile FITCH Kiosks, Social Media, Content etc.
When FIT:MATCH officially signed a partnership with BROOKFIELD, we worked on the concept designs of the next pop up studios. According to CNBC , “Sixty-five percent of women said they will not feel safe trying on clothes in dressing rooms, due to the Covid-19 crisis, according to a survey by retail predictive analytics company First Insight” Especially at a time when covid concerns keep shoppers away from using store fitting rooms, we wanted to offer a contactless solution to try on clothes digitally, and matching shoppers with apparel items that’s curated to their precise body measurements by getting scanned at these pop ups within minutes.
We designed and led an interactive concept (Mancini Duffy executed it for us) where the overall flow of the store consisted of 2 quick steps:
GET YOUR FITCH ID (Customers visit a FIT:MATCH location to register and get one-time 3D measured to create their FITCH:ID)
SHOP YOUR MATCHES (Customers shop with their FITCH:ID at participating retailers. Brands market to them with fit-predictive personalization.)
Covid has taught us to rethink the way we do things. Retail, without doubt, has been deeply affected by the current situation. We tried to create a contactless, and safe experience for shoppers. Being part of an ai led technology platform that offered a sustainable way for brands, we feel proud to be leading such an innovative project.
