Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), also known as Doctors without Borders, is an international medical humanitarian organization providing medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. In 2019, the MSF office in Taiwan is officially registered as foundation with the mission of raising awareness of humanitarian crises, recruiting international mobile staff, and fundraising for humanitarian medical projects.
The goal of this project was to revamp the online donation experience, ensuring it was seamless, intuitive and inspiring while respecting the user's time and trust. This involved redesigning the entire donation flow, from the initial engagement on the donation page to the final confirmation of contribution. The donation flow is integrated to the content management system of MSF Taiwan’s official website, enabling easy creation of fundraising campaigns without the need of code editing.
