Woods Rogers

Woods Rogers is a law firm that was formed through the combination of two of Virginia's largest and most venerated legal institutions. With offices throughout the state and capabilities that extend far beyond, the firm wanted to showcase its value proposition without relying too heavily on its Virginia footprint. The new site showcases a brand based on a theme of "uncommon:" uncommon ground, uncommon results, uncommon experience. The thread that ties all this together is that the uncommon rises above and beyond. We support the story through compelling visual imagery that brings central focus to the firm's logomark, which represents movement and progress, symbolically bringing together a W and V from the names of the two legacy firms. Poised against this are case study teasers, accolades, and the latest happenings at the firm. The highly-visible custom photography throughout the site shows the attorneys in their work environment, personalizing the messaging. The resulting site is informative, yet friendly and readily navigable with a fully predictive search. The website has led to a many-fold increase in page hits and longer page visits and accolades from clients, peers, and the community at large.
