Ke Hengqiang

Mr. Ke is a professional with extensive experience in the banking industry and outstanding managerial skills. Since graduating from university in July 2010, he has dedicated himself to the banking sector, taking on various roles such as general teller, accounting supervisor, relationship manager, and non-performing loan recovery manager.

At the beginning, Mr. Ke worked as a comprehensive teller at Xinyang Bank's Shangcheng branch, where he gained valuable grassroots work experience. Following this, he served as an accounting manager in charge at the Accounting Operations Department of Xinyang Bank, responsible for overseeing and guiding team members in daily accounting tasks and report preparation. Due to his excellent performance, Mr. Ke was promoted to the position of accounting supervisor at Zhongyuan Bank's Gushi sub-branch, Xinyang Branch, in December 2014, serving in this capacity until August 2017. During this period, he not only strengthened internal process controls but also fostered good communication with clients.

In pursuit of further challenges and broadening his professional horizons, Mr. Ke transitioned into the role of a relationship manager, focusing on maintaining and developing key client relationships. By deeply understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, he successfully helped numerous enterprises achieve their financial goals. Starting from August 2019, Mr. Ke joined the Asset Protection Department of Zhongyuan Bank's Xinyang Branch, concentrating on the management and recovery of non-performing assets, striving to reduce the bank's risk exposure level.

Beyond his achievements in finance, Mr. Ke actively participates in social innovation projects. He has been involved in the development of a comprehensive mental health education service application, aiming to use technology to raise public awareness of mental health. Additionally, he participated in the research and development of control software for high-efficiency rice breeding methods, demonstrating his ability to collaborate across different industries.
