Qetaifan Island North is the first and main development of Qetaifan Projects. It is a distinct island featuring a state-of-the-art waterpark, luxurious hotels, unrivalled accommodation and world class facilities that make it a modern, globally-competitive community. Qetaifan Projects launched sales of phase 1 villa plots in October 2019 at the CityScape Qatar Exhibition. The Unique 360 Living Experience was the slogan of the campaign, emphasizing on the uniqueness of the project in that it offers everything you need in one place; housing, entertainment, school, medical center, retail, community facilities and family activities. The campaign was mainly focused on social media, magazine and newspapers ad placement, and on-ground activation at the Cityscape 2019 exhibition.
The effect of this campaign surpassed all expectations, resulting in 5 times overbooking on the launched plots. Hence, The Marketing and Business Development Departments came up with the idea of organizing a Sales Dinner Reception in which all investors whom reserved a plot were invited and bid on the down payment. The event was very successful in building trust amongst our clients and ensuring transparency in the selling process.
The campaign was a great achievement in term of ROI and Sales target, provided that this was Qetaifan Projects' first participation in a real estate exhibition, first product launch, and amidst the blockade situation in Qatar.
