‘Agile In A Box’ is an awareness campaign launched to educate and inspire Pfizer’s top 300 senior leaders worldwide as part of its Agile Transformation initiative. Our aim was to leverage the unique opportunity presented by the COVID-19 global lockdown to engage leaders in their homes with novel multi-media content.
The ‘Agile In A Box’ journey included a three-box subscription series, each box containing educational materials on the mindsets, behaviors and techniques that Agile organizations apply to become faster, more customer-centric and innovative. Within each box was an interactive exercise that could be completed solo or with leaders’ families and loved ones to illustrate and apply Agile mindsets, concepts, roles and ceremonies. The physical materials in each box were complimented by digital assets like emails, videos, learning materials, and a website all reinforcing the leaders’ call to action. Finally, integral to the experience was a TED-style video and an ongoing series of live webinars covering relevant Agile topics such as an expert panel discussion on Agile, leading Agile teams, interactive Q&A and a showcase of success stories.
The campaign has received great response from leaders via both anecdotal sources and survey results. It has resulted in increased awareness, engagement from leaders and the establishment of many Agile teams across the enterprise who are using Agile principles and behaviors as a way of working to create Breakthroughs that Change Patients’ Lives.
