About The Entry

Our approach was built on a single principle: respect the IP, elevate the experience. The website had to feel like a continuation of the creative world CI Games had built, not an interpretation of it.
We developed the design system using the same creative logic as the game itself: darkness, mystery, and a sense of the unknown as guiding forces. High-contrast visuals lean into the franchise's gothic identity. UI layouts and navigation are shaped around atmosphere as much as function. Typography, iconography, and motifs were drawn directly from in-game identity, while the colour palette and shadow depth were calibrated to match the tone of the upcoming instalment.
The result is a site that feels continuous with the world players already know, and deliberately so. For returning fans, nothing feels out of place. For first-time visitors, everything feels compelling.
Beyond visual identity, the site was designed as a long-term content platform. With CI Games' 'Lifting the Veil' developer series already building community momentum on YouTube, the website became the natural home for lore expansion, feature reveals, developer insights, and future marketing beats. Every structural and design decision was made with growth in mind, a site that could evolve alongside the game as anticipation builds.
The project was deeply collaborative. With strong creative direction from CI Games, and their trust in 1minus1 to translate that vision into a digital format, we were able to move with conviction. The outcome is a website that feels authentically part of the Lords of the Fallen universe while pushing the brand forward into its next era.
For a franchise defined by its visual distinctiveness and emotional depth, consistency was everything. The website delivers exactly that.
