In this context, Elanco Iberia enlisted Ulled to devise and launch Vetnia, a 360-degree, year-round communications program designed to guide, support and promote the veterinary profession. Vetnia promotes knowledge, training, and the well-being of professionals, drives the growth of veterinary clinics and provides innovative, effective and safe products and solutions for patient care.
The program is structured around five pillars:
1. Elanco Experts - a portfolio specialized in key treatment areas, accompanied by practical tools and technical support tailored to daily clinical practice.
2. Training and gatherings - an ongoing program of courses, workshops, conferences. An example is the 3rd Vetnia Symposium by Elanco (Madrid, 11/2025), which brought together 200 professionals and 14 international experts to focus on learning and networking.
3. Promotional campaigns - year-round initiatives designed to boost clinic activity through valuable resources, diagnostic support tools, customer loyalty programs that combine scientific marketing and sales support.
4. Awareness and information - campaigns on relevant health issues and to highlight the role of veterinarians, such as the annual World Veterinary Day campaign.
5. Vetnia Culture - initiatives focused on professional well-being, such as VitaVet, a content platform on health, mindfulness and communication.
Central to the overall strategy is the WhatsApp channel Vetnia by Elanco —the first of its kind —enabling direct, targeted, and non-intrusive communication, and providing quick access to scientific content, training, campaigns and updates.
With its 360-degree approach and its ability to integrate strategy, innovation, performance measurement and human connection, Vetnia represents a model of excellence in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing.
