HERO Marketing partnered with Earnest’s leadership team to develop a refreshed brand vision video designed to spark employee excitement and imagination for the next phase of the company’s evolution.

Our evocative “Moving People Forward” 2-minute production utilized three emotive personal narratives, along with striking visuals of the target audience, flowing music, and a rich V.O. delivery to capture Earnest’s altruistic vision of helping people go beyond financing their education to living their best lives.

After the Earnest team debuted the video, they shared it was a big hit. Earnest’s CEO Susan Ehrlich said, “We shared the vision video at our All-Hands Meeting and the most popular question was: Are we buying a Superbowl ad to show it to the world? Seriously. Everybody LOVED it!” The video has gone on to be used in Earnest’s recruiting and PR efforts.
