PeopleReady is a North American staffing leader that specializes in quick and reliable on-demand labor and highly-skilled workers. PeopleReady supports a wide range of blue-collar industries, including construction, manufacturing and logistics, waste and recycling, and hospitality. Leveraging its game-changing JobStack platform and 600-plus branch offices across all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada, PeopleReady served approximately 98,000 businesses and put more than 221,000 people to work in 2020.
In 2020, PeopleReady gained new leadership, invigorated their company culture, evolved their delivery model, and refreshed their brand. PeopleReady needed a new website to reflect their refreshed brand and to create a foundation for future growth. The PeopleReady team launched their new website in February 2021.
The new website was built for the user, with simple, actionable paths for the company’s two primary audiences – businesses and workers. Features of the site include:
• Refreshed brand design and messaging to target both B2B and B2C audiences from multiple industries sectors and individual backgrounds
• Simple language with clear calls-to-action
• A robust resource center for both businesses and workers
• An chatbot to engage live site visitors
• Simplified forms and contact points
• A geolocation-based branch locator
• Newly created videos to tell the company’s compelling brand story
• An integrated, highly targeted multisite for PeopleReady’s specialized division – PeopleReady Skilled Trades
• An integrated jobs portals to support attraction, engagement, onboarding and dispatch of temporary workers in a completely virtual environment
In addition to these external features, the new platform is easy to manage. While PeopleReady\\\'s previous website required a skilled developer to add posts and pages, the new platform allows any user to create new articles and content posts, tweak language, add calls to action, and optimize for search engines.
Just three weeks after launch, PeopleReady\\\'s new website has exceeded performance expectations. It receives 10k-15k visitors per day and 2.1 million views per month. Since launch, inside sales leads are up 40-45% and inbound leads from the site’s new chatbot feature make up 30% of the total leads.
