Revival is an example of the power of typography. This Victorian, hand lettering reflects the mood and emotion of a Rhode Island legend, The Mercy Brown Vampire Incident, of 1892. She was thought to be a vampire returning from the grave to kill those in the Brown family. The goal was to create a brand of local Rhode Island whiskey that would reflect local folklore while casting this new brand back over 100 years speaking to its authenticity. This chilling story is incorporated into every letter of the design.
