Verve is a logo project and accompanying custom website designed for the thriving student community near Rutgers University. This off-campus student living community is upscale, but still vibrant with a bustling urban and youthful consumer demographic. This project involved a custom approach from top to bottom: from the logo to floor plans and even surrounding area maps. We aimed for a bold and edgy look that played to a diverse student group that lives their life with vigor, spirit or enthusiasm - also known as Verve.
