ELEVATE CONDOS

Located in the heart of Kitchner’s Innovation District Elevate Condos is a luxury condos that will feature everything from active lifestyle, recreational facilities to inviting social spaces.
For this unique project we created a Sales Centre Touchscreen 3D Real-Time App that contains an
impressive model of the entire project. Users can navigate the development in real-time, toggling between day and night, through different amenities and across the impressive rooftop common area. They can even go through all rooftop amenities including a variety of sports on Elevate’s multi-use court, all thanks to highly customized animation.
The app also provides prospective buyers with an easy way to browse all floor plans and updated pricing and availability, using specific filters to locate their unit in situ.
In addition, we created all exterior and interior renderings for the project, as well as a one-minute
marketing sales video produced entirely from the realtime 3D assets of the touchscreen app.
Kitchener is a tech hub and our client wanted an advanced and truly immersive sales experience that would impress their target demographic and speak their language.
