Episode 1 - Stellantis
Jump in and join Stephen LaMarca as he gets his first look inside an automotive production facility at Stellantis’ Detroit Assembly Complex – Jefferson. Watch as iconic American SUVs take shape with the help of 900 robots, a few rocket scientists, and a vigilant team of quality control inspectors.
Episode 2 - LIFT
The crew heads to LIFT, a Manufacturing USA® institute focused on advanced lightweight materials. In the onsite Learning Lab designed to inspire future generations of manufacturers, Steve aces his first-ever welding test. He then dives into the complex world—and exciting future—of material science—where thousands of digital alloys are developed and tested in days, not months.
Episode 3 – FANUC America
The Road Trip continues with a visit to FANUC’s Detroit facility. From the classis robo drill to the fully collaborative robots programmed with icons to CNC simulators designed for education, Steve gets to sample the amazing innovations FANUC delivers to manufacturing every day.
