Crystal Run Healthcare (CRHC) is a large multi-specialty healthcare organization in New York’s Hudson Valley with more than 400 providers in nearly 50 medical specialties. In 2023, after two years of focusing on stories related to the COVID-19 pandemic, focus shifted to promoting specific specialties including Joint Replacement, Diabetes Care and Sports Medicine. For each specialty, we captured unique patient and provider stories that highlighted the high-quality care that people can expect from CRHC. We developed short videos as well as print, OOH, digital, social media and radio ads to drive target audiences to the documentary-style long form videos and landing pages on the dedicated HealthTransformed.com microsite.
We started with Diane, a local artist who was excited to work on her pottery in retirement, only to discover her hip pain prevented her from doing so. With the help of her orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Kevin Trapp, and a same-day operation at the CRHC ambulatory surgery center, Diane was able to restore her dreams. Next we highlighted Toshia, a teaching assistant, mom and student living life on the go until chronic fatigue from diabetes hindered her dynamic lifestyle. With the comprehensive care from CRHC and support from Maya Bissonette, FNP-BC, a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Endocrinology, and Danielle Krantz, RN, CDCES, a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, Toshia was able to regain the confidence and energy she needed to keep her life in balance. We ended with Dr. Justin Conway, a dedicated physician and lifelong athlete whose story highlighted how providers at CRHC collaborate to ensure all athletes of life have access to dependable, high-quality care. By showcasing CRHC’s collaborative and high-quality care, each story in this campaign illustrates the diversity of services and dedication to patients that is at the heart of CRHC.
