Showfront, a Melbourne-based small business, specialises in crafting glass display cabinets for retailers, schools, museums, and collectors. To boost revenue by 15%, we crafted a SMART digital marketing strategy. Specifically, our aim was to enhance brand recognition and drive conversions through SEO, Google Ads, organic social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as email marketing. We meticulously tracked phone calls, enquiry form submissions, and sales revenue to ensure measurability. The outcomes of our digital marketing strategy were substantial. We witnessed a remarkable 684% increase in organic traffic from SEO, securing over 400 top 3 rankings. Additionally, Google Search Console showed that Showfront was receiving clicks and impressions on page 1 for over 1,000 keyphrases of significant commercial intent. We generated over 23,000 visits to the Showfront blog. Most importantly, our efforts resulted in a 25-35% increase in annual revenue from Search Marketing, surpassing the target by 20%.

In conclusion, Showfront's integrated digital marketing strategy yielded significant enhancements in online visibility, rankings, and revenue growth. The success underscores the effectiveness of a well-crafted and executed integrated digital marketing approach to the unique needs and challenges of a small business operating in a highly competitive market landscape.
